Practice assembling plastic figures, which I’ve not done in quite a while and might get some use at Club for Kill Team or What a Space Marine.

NEWS games night

 First some additional caltrops and oil slick markers completed.

Then another game of Max ‘34 at the club. Too busy playing and introducing the game to three new players to take photos.  Then Turbo Terrific led from very early on with lots of high speed cornering - only a couple of small skids, which given my record of spinning and rolling out was quite miraculous. Finally a win…

Some Eldar Guardians for games of Kill Team or ‘What a Space Marine’ at NEWS Club and a Norse Blood Bowl team for a Club league.

Record of painting and games in 2024

 

First up - a Brumm Fiat Mephistopheles painted in a Mean Machine inspired vibe, complete with rocket boosters and wheel scythes.

A game of Max ‘34 at NEWS.  The Compact Pussycat rolling out negotiating a turn whilst in the lead!  The Mean Machine failed with its wheel scythes on every attempt and finally succumbed to a shot up engine.  In the end The Army Surplus Special sneaked a win just ahead of the Boulder Mobile.
